2) RENOVATION & EXTENSION, HILTON - (2017)

Modest renovation and extension of a 1930's weatherboard located in a heritage area of Hilton.  The client was looking to take full advantage of the view of the garden from the relocated main living areas and terrace.  This involved re-orientating the main living area from the front of the dwelling to the rear.  A small unprotected deck was replaced with a generous covered terrace overlooking the garden.
